Ingredients:
1 cup of rice
A few cloves of garlic and ginger (optional)
Sesame oil
Soya sauce
1 egg
Steps:
1. Boil the rice until the rice is cooked.
2. While the rice is cooking, chop the garlic and ginger into small pieces.
3. In a pan, fry garlic and ginger.
4. Add some sesame oil to the garlic and ginger to taste.
5. In a bowl, mix an egg and some soya sauce.
6. Add the fried garlic and ginger into the bowl.
7. When the rice is cooked, scoop some rice into the bowl containing the egg, garlic and soya sauce.
8. Mix the rice with the ingredients.
9. It is ready to be eaten.
NOTE :
* after the rice is cooked, scoop immediately into the bowl.
* Mix the rice immediately while its hot.
* Eat immediately, who knows what happen to the egg, remember its raw.
