Restaurant Tang Yuan

Hello!!! Its been a busy year. There's this new restaurant in Ipoh Garden East where you can enjoy dim sum.

Setting of the restaurant wasn't too bad. Presentable and atmosphere is cooling.

However, choices of dim sum are quite limited. So far, this is the only dim sum restaurant that owns a menu. Workers don't go round the restaurant with the prepared dim sum, but only bring them out when you ordered them.

The price list

Wu Kok. It's too soft. The outer layer cannot sustain the weight of the ingredients inside. Plus, ingredients were limited as well. The best would still be Foh San.

Sesame balls.... I feel it's a bit of a failure as you can see in the picture. The pandan paste is so little. If its to be compared to 88 1/2 Hong Kong Dim Sum, it's definitely no compare.

Chinese Tea

Prawn Rolls.... Not crispy.

Overall, I can conclude that the restaurant was not great after all. I hope the restaurant take note of the comments given. I'll hope to come back to see changes to the restaurant.
