How To Prepare A Quick Breakfast?

Ingredients :
1 Jumbo Sausage
1 Egg
2 Slices of Bread
Butter
Pepper


 Steps:
 1. Take out sausages before going to bed the night before to defrost.
2. Heat the sausage in the microwave for 2minutes or more.
3. Spread butter on your the bread and put them in a toaster.
4. In a pan, fry and egg.
5. Add pepper to taste.
6. Breakfast is ready to be served.

How To Cook Sausages In Tomato Sauce?


Ingredients :
6 sausages (sliced)
1 capsicum (chopped)
1 teaspoon sugar (fine)
Onion (chopped)
Garlic (chopped)
Tomato Sauce
Oil

Steps : 

1. In a pan, stir fried chopped onion, sliced sausages and chopped capsicum with a minimum amount of oil.

2. When the sausages are cooked, add a teaspoon full of sugar.

3. Add in some tomato sauce.

4. Add a few spoons of water.

5. Cook until the sauce thickens.

6. Sausages are ready to e served.

Restaurant Up And Up, Ipoh


Restaurant Up and Up!! Since 1978. Famous for their fish curry and asam. Delicious..... Need to try since they already had a second branch near Ipoh Garden East, somewhere behind the car wash. Located in Jalan Medan Ipoh 10, Bandar Baru Medan Ipoh, 31400 Ipoh Perak.

The beauty of art. Various kind of decorations were put up for display to make the restaurant a better place.


The setting of the restaurant. Cooling atmosphere with marble dining tables and vintage looking wooden chairs. To me, the 1st impression tells me it's gonna be good.


More vintage stuff for decoration. Some you would never find it anymore. Really antique. They even own a really old cash register and bicycle in the restaurant itself. Interesting.

This is it. The asam prawns. Too awesome that I could not describe. What I can say is, the taste of asam is there, where it is sour and spicy in the correct amount. Unlike certain restaurants which serves asam which are tasteless or not sour at all. This is really satisfying. 

Fish Curry. The curry was good. Not too thick or watery. The taste of curry is so nice that you wouldn't need to order other dishes. The curry itself would be good enough for your meal. If you  have done with your fish and lady's fingers in the curry and there are still a lot of curry left, you can ask for a take away where you can eat your breakfast the next morning ( bread in curry). Mmmmm.....

In order to make it a balanced diet, we need to consume some greens as well. Family's favourite would be 'Kankung withbelacan' or you called it 'ma lai fung kwong' in cantonese. Not too bad indeed. 

I would recommend you to try it one day. You should at least try the fish curry or the asam prawns. You may request to add petai or without petai. It's your own choice. Hope to visit again someday.

Sabah Tea Gallery, Boutique Cafe

Sabah Tea Gallery better known as STG, is located in Jalan Tun Sambanthan, 30000 Ipoh, Perak. A very nice place where you can enjoy delicious food. You would definitely have a satisfying meal and hope to visit again some time.

Iced Lemon Tea and Iced Honey Tea

Under the drinks menu, you will find something called the Flat White. Wondering what is a flat white? This is it, Flat White. Not too thick, just the right taste. Mmmm... Coffee

Plush cushions seats, where you can seat comfortably without hesitation.

Setting of the restaurant. Nice and dim, not too bright and not too dark, just the correct lighting for dinner.

Under the poultry section in the menu, you'll find something that is called Smoked Duck Breast. So this is it, deliciously scrumptious. You have to try this. It's awesome.


Fish and Chips that comes with some sour appetizer and french fries. Wow!!! The appetizer is really sour. Forget about the appetizer if it doesn't boost your appetite, try on the fish first. According to my parents, the fish taste normal. To me, it's okay. 

This is the Turkey Bacon Spaghetti, if I've not mistaken. Really great. Too great that you'll have to try or else you regret. It comes in two types of sauce, Aglio-Olio or Cabonara. This is the cabonara sauce. I myself never liked Cabonara sauce because it normally is tasteless, but this is so different from any other cabonara sauce. It is so creamy and filled with the taste of garlic, and the turkey bacon are delicious too.

Mushroom soup comes with a piece of garlic bread. Mushroom are finely blend.

This restaurant never failed to deliver great food. Come and try one day and you'll understand what is it all about.

How To Boil Radish Soup?


Ingredients :
2 radish
Some chicken ribs
Salt
Black Pepper

Steps :

1. Peel the skin of the radish using a peeler.
2. Slice the radish into small pieces.
3. Put water, chicken ribs and radish into the pot to boil.
4. Boil for approximately 2 hours or more and add salt and black pepper to taste.
5. Soup is ready to be served.
