Dumplings!!!

Want to get some dumplings? Not a problem. Just head to GP Food Court, Persiaran Bercham 20, 31400 Ipoh Perak. Not only those normal dumplings but in various variety. The normal ones or better known as Traditional Chang are RM 5.00 each. Some are likely to be more expensive. The stall is located at the entrance of the food court.  
The stall also sells herbal jelly.

Not only that, the stall sells curry puffs, kaya and nyonya kuih as well. 

This is how the dumpling looks like. It contains mushroom, pork, salted egg and some other ingredients. It wasn't the best dumpling I've ever eaten, but it was worth trying.

All Inn Cafe, Ipoh

Hello everybody! It has been a tiring week after the school holidays. Just wanna eat something good. I know the place, All Inn Cafe.... located at No 2, Jalan Panglima,
30000 Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia. What's famous there? The egg tarts of course. I haven't got the chance to taste it yet, but it smells terrific. You will have to order way before you can get them to yourself. Freshly bake and freshly sold. 
Other than that, here is the menu the restaurant serves. Quite a number of choices for you to choose. Prices are also reasonable as the prices are already written on the menu board.

The setting of the cafe. Round or square marble tables with wooden stools. I would say it's quite clean. 

Here comes our food. This is the fried rice with salted fish. It is only RM5.80. Delicious.

Drinks. Iced coffee and Coffee O'

Pork Stomach Noodles. Mmmm... Yummy!! To those who eat what others call spare parts,  it actually taste good. They have pork intestine and stomach in it. You should try on it one day. No worries, it is not going to kill you. Only for RM6.50.
Dried Curry mee with pork, chicken, char siew and roasted pork. Only for RM5.50. Its delicious. Not too spicy and taste good. Recommended to try. Visit this cafe one day, you'll come back for the second time.

How To Bake Chicken Chop? (4 servings)

Ingredients :
4 chicken chops
Ginger
Garlic
Chicken gravy
Half a lemon
Pepper
Sesame Oil

Steps :

1. Line the baking tray with baking paper and put the chicken chop on top.

2. Chop the ginger and garlic.
3. Put the garlic and ginger onto the chicken.


4. Add some pepper to taste.

5. Add some sesame oil to taste.

6. Cut the lemon in half. Squeeze the juice onto the chicken.


7. Make some chicken gravy. Pour them onto the chicken.
8. Set the timer 20-30 minutes for your chicken to bake. 















9. Chicken chop is ready to be served.

How To Make French Toast?

Ingredients :
1 egg
2 pieces of bread
Some oil

Steps :

1. Crack an egg into a bowl

2. Beat the egg using a fork until the yolk and white combines
3. In a pan, put in a teaspoon of oil.


4. Dip the bread on both sides into the egg.

5. Fry it in a low fire until it turns golden brown.

6. French toast is ready to be served.















*Notes : You can eat with kaya, peanut butter or butter.

Sweet And Tasty Food Court


Sweet and Tasty Food Court located at Jalan Sultan Idris Shah, 30300 Ipoh, Perak. The food court consists of more than 20 stalls. Quite some choices of food available from western food to dumplings, to fried noodles to sticky rice and many more. The restaurant is quite packed during the weekends. 
Setting of the restaurant. Find a spot under the giant fan, it will be way cooler than other spots in the restaurant. 

This is from the sticky rice stall. They sell fried 'you tiao', kaya sticky rice, glutinous rice, and many more. 

This is the glutinous rice from the stall. Only for Rm4.80. Nice!!

This is the receipt from the drink stall. They charge GST over here. The stall is located at the back of the food court. If you couldn't figure out what to drink, have a look at the menu on top of the stall.


This is my Teh Ice.....

This is the pork noodles from another stall. According to my mum, it contains a lot of MSG.... RM5 for this bowl of noodles.

Another stall sells dry curry noodles. Only for RM5. Quite nice. Contains roasted pork and chicken. Not too spicy. Beware of chili padi in the noodles.

How To Cook Vegetables? (Choy Sum)

Ingredients:
Vegetables
1 whole garlic (chopped)
Soya Sauce
Oil
Water

Steps:
1. In a pan, fry the garlic with some oil.
2. Scoop up the fried garlic.
3. Fill a pot with water.
4. Boil until water is completely boiling.
5. Put in the vegetables.
6. Boil vegetable until it softens.
7. Drain away the water and scoop up the vegetables into a plate.
8. Add soya sauce and the fried garlic.
9. Vegetables are ready to be served.

If you would like pearls in your drink, you will need to pay an additional RM1.10 for pearls. How to order? Go to the counter to order your drink. Pay for your drink. Then take the receipt and wait for your drink. When your drink is ready, hand them your receipt. You will now get your drink and straw. Ask for a plastic if you need to take away.
