Ingredients : (3 servings)
2 eggs
1/2 of an onion (chopped)
Garlic (chopped)
Ginger (chopped)
Chicken gravy granules
2 slices of cheese
1 bowl of rice
Steps :
1. Line the oven tray with baking paper.
2. Crack 2 eggs and add in chopped onions, garlic and ginger and bake for 5 minutes or more.
3. Scoop to tablespoons of chicken gravy granules into a bowl and mix with boiling water. Stir until granules are totally dissolved.
4. Scoop 1 bowl of rice that is heated.
5. Take out the oven tray from the oven.
6. Pour the chicken gravy into the tray and mix the ingredients evenly.
7. Add in the bowl of rice and mix them together until no white rice is visible.
8. Tear two slices of cheese and place them separately on top of the rice.
9. Set it back into the oven for 10 minutes to melt the cheese.
10. Your rice is ready to be served.
* Notes : Eat in small amounts. It is quite sticky. Eat while it's hot.
