Foh San's Imperial Jade Mooncake With 1 Yolk

Mooncake festival or better known as Mid Autumn festival is just around the corner. Bought any mooncakes? Do you like it the classical or the modern? I call this Imperial Jade Mooncake pretty classical as it was in the market for quite some years already. Want to know more about this mooncake? Go to,  https://www.facebook.com/ipohfohsan/photos/a.177190012304944.39791.170747559615856/1047833418573928/?type=1&theater

Ingredients include sugar, lotus seeds, vegetable oil, flour, salted egg yolk, sorbitol, trehalose, maltose, mungbean, coconut milk, butter, melon seeds, pandan flavouring, and natural food colouring. The texture of the mooncake is just right, not too dry. Consists of a salted egg yolk in the middle. Don't worry, its not salty at all. Its lotus paste filling is not too sweet, just the right amount. Mmmm.... For more information visit Foh San's Facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/ipohfohsan.
