Ingredients include sugar, lotus seeds, vegetable oil, flour, salted egg yolk, sorbitol, trehalose, maltose, mungbean, coconut milk, butter, melon seeds, pandan flavouring, and natural food colouring. The texture of the mooncake is just right, not too dry. Consists of a salted egg yolk in the middle. Don't worry, its not salty at all.
